An excellent value DVD player!  |
I took a chance on the ENCORE DV-450S DVD player - and it paid off. Packed with features usually found on much more expensive models, and with only one exception I have experienced none of the problems of freezing/stuttering that others have experienced.Add to that the fact that it brings out so much detail in Audio CDs - they sound better than on my not-exactly-cheap CD player. Highly recommended.

Great value DVD Player  |

This player seems great value. The only slight problem was when I put my first DVD in, it did not reconize the disk. I took it out and blew off any dust and its been fine with all other DVDs. It plays all my MP3 collection on CD-Rs, ripped from my collection of CDs. The manual says it only played 128Kbit MP3s but most of mine are 160Kbits with sone higher. It also plays ordinary CDs fine.

best dvd player for under £200 |

the first time through with gladiator i had no problem what so ever but the second time through i did encounter a moment of freezing, i have also experienced this with Blade, appart from these minor glitches i would recommend this player to anyone.
